Utrecht, 28 November 2024 - Following the Council of State's ruling dated 27 November 2024 on the zoning plan for the Utrecht city district 'Beurskwartier 1', Royal Jaarbeurs declares the following:
Jaarbeurs has taken note of the State Council's interim ruling dated 27 November 2024 indicating that the zoning plan drawn up by the Utrecht City Council for the 'Beurskwartier 1' city district is not yet final. Jaarbeurs appreciates the diligence with which the Council of State assessed its objections, especially in terms of noise studies.
