From 1 July 2025, we will start the demolition of the former Holland Casino building on the Merwedekanaal side of the Jaarbeurs site. At this location, we will realise a temporary parking facility with 160 spaces, which is expected to be put into use by the end of February 2026.
This work is part of our ongoing efforts to improve comfort and accessibility for our visitors. We make every effort to carry out the work efficiently and sustainably. Materials are reused wherever possible and we pay extra attention to the appearance of the building site. The construction fences, for instance, will have an attractive design that keeps the streetscape friendly.
Visitors to Jaarbeurs can rest assured: the work will not cause any disruption to events or other activities at the venue.
In the future, this site will provide space for new developments. The exact content of this is not known at this time.
