Our MeetUp meeting centre is at walking distance from Utrecht Central Station and can be found in the Beatrix Building on the first to the fourth floor. We have 30 different meeting rooms with daylight and climate control in all areas, suitable from 2 to 240 participants. The cost of a meeting room depends on your requirements and what you need.

Many of our rooms allow you to adjust the lighting to match the tone of your meeting. For example, orange lighting works well for team-building activities, while blue is ideal for training sessions. What room setup do I need for my meeting?
Boardroom
The boardroom setup is the classic meeting style, often used for smaller groups. It’s ideal for strategic discussions where everyone needs to see each other clearly.
Circuit
This informal setup typically doesn’t include tables. Everyone sits in a circle, creating a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for team-building activities or open conversations.
Exam
The exam setup takes you back to school: individual tables and chairs spaced apart. It’s ideal for tests or assessments that require focus and concentration.
U-shape
As the name suggests, this layout allows everyone to face each other. It’s perfect for meetings or discussions where interaction and dialogue are key.
Carré
Less well-known but highly effective, the square setup places participants around a table in a square formation. Everyone can see and engage with each other—ideal for interactive meetings.
Classroom
Hosting a training or seminar where participants need to focus or take notes? The classroom setup features rows of tables and chairs facing the presenter.
Cabaret
The cabaret layout creates a welcoming, informal vibe. Tables are spread throughout the room with a few chairs around each—great for group discussions and networking.
Theatre
The theatre setup is perfect for impactful presentations. Chairs are arranged in rows facing the stage or speaker, with no tables—keeping the focus entirely on the presenter.
