Whether participants are seated at the table or participating remotely: in the A-rooms of MeetUp, everyone comes across well in view and well understood. The boardrooms are equipped with a complete hybrid set, including integrated camera and microphone.

Basic meeting arrangements including lunch
For a quickly organised meeting from 2 to 40 people, you can come straight to MeetUp at Jaarbeurs Meeting Centre. Choose one or two half-day meetings, including our highly rated lunch, from as little as €60 per person. Easy to reach, clear prices and quickly arranged.

- 2 half-day sessions including lunch - €75.00 per person
Meeting centre MeetUp is located on the first to fourth floors in the Beatrix Building and is equipped with climate control and daylight in all rooms.
