Utrecht, 19 March 2025 - Last week, the TechniShow and ESEF trade shows brought the entire manufacturing industry chain together in Royal Jaarbeurs. With a renewed concept, strong content programming and a high-quality trade audience, this edition was positively received by exhibitors and visitors. The fairs underlined their role as the central meeting platform for the sector and laid a solid foundation for further deepening towards the next edition in 2028.

Powerful combination: complete chain together on one platform
The combination of TechniShow and ESEF showed how broad and connected the manufacturing industry is. From suppliers and machine builders to high-tech solutions: the entire chain was represented. Ricardo Vivas, cluster manager Manufacturing & Industry at Jaarbeurs: "We are proud of the level of TechniShow and ESEF. Both exhibitors and visitors show that this is the platform where the sector comes together. This quality is partly due to the professional and pleasant cooperation between FPT/NEVAT, the project teams involved and Jaarbeurs. Together, we are building a strong, substantively relevant platform for the manufacturing industry."

Renewed concept with focus on quality and content
This edition was emphatically dedicated to quality over quantity. Visitors came with targeted interest and substantive questions, leading to valuable conversations and concrete collaborations. Exhibitors indicated that precisely this level of audience confirmed the added value of TechniShow and ESEF and forms the foundation for future editions.

Innovation visible: rotating machines and live demonstrations
On the exhibition floor, innovation was literally in motion. Rotating machines and live demonstrations made new technologies and applications tangible for visitors. The Main Stage was also well attended, with sessions on topics such as Women in the Making and current defence themes with veteran Mart de Kruif, among others. In doing so, the fairs capitalised on both technological and social developments within the industry.

Factory of the Future shows power of cooperation
With 22 exhibitors, the Factory of the Future had its largest edition ever. Within this concept, it became clear how cooperation leads to integration of the entire production process. Eddo Cammeraat, president of FPT: "The TechniShow is developing and innovating together with Jaarbeurs to demonstrate the latest production technology with all exhibitors and thus respond to the continuous developments in the manufacturing industry. With our joint participation, we show how working together can lead to a unique solution for integrating the entire production process."

Anniversary, young people and future perspective
This edition celebrated TechniShow's 75th anniversary with an official opening and the signing of a manifesto. In addition, there was visibly growing enthusiasm among young people for the manufacturing industry, a positive sign for the future of the sector.

A total of 24,664 professionals visited TechniShow and ESEF. More important than the number of visitors was the quality of the audience and the high content level of the fair, something that was widely endorsed by exhibitors.

The next edition of TechniShow & ESEF will take place from 14 to 17 March 2028 at Royal Jaarbeurs.
