360° exhibition 'Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience' in the Netherlands for the first time
Utrecht, 20 June 2025 - From today, Royal Jaarbeurs will open its doors for a 360° exhibition of Van Gogh's masterpieces. Called Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience , visitors will literally step into the world of Vincent Van Gogh and be surrounded by more than 200 of his masterpieces. The paintings are brought to life with immersive projections, graphics and virtual reality. After successful editions in more than 50 cities around the world, the experience can now be admired for the first time in the Netherlands, exclusively in Utrecht. Jaarbeurs is proud to once again showcase its versatility: from trade and consumer fairs, business conferences to international audience experiences. Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience will be open at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht from Friday 20 June 2025 to Saturday 31 January 2026.
Groundbreaking exhibition at the heart of the country
The world of Vincent van Gogh comes to life in Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, a groundbreaking exhibition bringing together art, technology and education. Visitors will take a visual journey through his masterpieces - from sunflowers to blossoming almond trees - while discovering his legacy in immersive yet educational ways. The experience is a co-production by Exhibition Hub, a global leader in immersive experiences, and Fever, the global platform for live entertainment and culture.

Stepping into Van Gogh's world
In the impressive immersive room, visitors are surrounded by Van Gogh's art in the form of 360° projections; from self-portraits to his fascination with Japan. The exhibition offers more than just spectacle: with a gallery of reproductions, personal letters and in-depth context, offering visitors a complete picture of Van Gogh and his life. There is also a virtual reality experience that you literally walks people his paintings and a creative workshop for youngsters.

Much more than a digital exhibition, Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is an interactive 360° happening that fuses art, education and imagination. Named Best Immersive Art Experience 2025 by USA TODAY, as the creators behind this production – Exhibition Hub and Fever – have already touched millions of visitors worldwide with their groundbreaking events.
