Utrecht, 9 December 2025 - From 9 to 13 December, Royal Jaarbeurs, organiser of Vakantiebeurs, will bring a unique activation to Utrecht Centraal: the Vakantiebeurs Café. This promotion is part of NS' Winter Wishes and offers an inspiring way to reach consumers in the run-up to Vakantiebeurs 2026. Visitors step into a tropical setting and take part in the Mocktail Taste Test. By voting for their favourite mocktail, they stand a chance of winning a dream trip to Curaçao.
Holiday feeling at Utrecht Central
"With the Vakantiebeurs Café, we bring a piece of the holiday experience to the heart of the Netherlands," says Marleen Rompen, Jaarbeurs's Vakantiebeurs exhibition manager. "It's an innovative way to inspire our target audience while giving our partners a stage. This activation shows how we can combine perception and brand experience in a place where thousands of people pass by every day." Sharon Vassell, Trade Coordinator the Curaçao Tourist Board is also looking forward to the cooperation: "We would like to introduce as many people as possible to all that Curaçao has to offer. And that is much more than just the wonderful weather and more than 35 beaches. This is a great opportunity to bring a taste of the typical cheerful hospitality to Winter Utrecht as a preview of our extensive presence during the Vakantiebeurs in early January."
