Today, Koninklijke Jaarbeurs filled up with changemakers, entrepreneurs, CEOs, disruptors, charities, social enterprises, pioneers and doers for the official opening of Impact Fair, Europe's largest impact experience. Presenter Erben Oosting welcomed all impact makers, followed by short welcoming remarks by Susanne Schilderman (Utrecht alderman), Micha van Hoorn (Impact Fair initiator), Jeroen van Hooff (CEO Koninklijke Jaarbeurs), Jonne Arnoldussen (MD main sponsor Nationale Postcode Loterij), Suzanne Laszlo (Unicef director and advisory board chair) and Yvette Watson (CEO PHI Factory and editorial board chair). The closing welcome address was by André Kuipers, who performed the official opening of Impact Fair 2025 on behalf of planet Earth and as ambassador of SpaceBuzz.
Green carpet for businesses and individuals
With more than 100 exhibitors, over 140 speakers, seven stages, 72 exclusive roundtable sessions with CEOs and an expected influx of 10,000 visitors, Impact Fair rolls out the green carpet for businesses, impact organisations and charities on 3 and 4 April. The Impact Fair concludes on Saturday 5 April with a positive lifestyle fair for the whole family, where consumers can also experience what it feels like to be or become an impact maker.
