Important: Stick to the loading times to avoid extra costs and delays. Always follow the instructions of the traffic officers for a smooth flow.
At Jaarbeurs we have a Vehicle Registration System (VRS). With the VRS system You can easily book a time slot For loading and unloading on build-up or breakdown day.
Print the confirmation and bring it with you so you can check in at the Jaarbeurs barrier. Add your license plate number, driver's name and a phone number to the system no later than 24 hours before your reserved time slot, to ensure a smooth flow upon arrival. Your time slot will be scanned there , after which you will be given access to the loading and unloading area for smooth and efficient logistics.
For exhibitions with a VRS scenario, the publication date is always published up to 4 weeks before the build-up starts. The fair is then put online within Voyage Control, where a time slot can be reserved via the 'book your time slot' link above. In addition, take a look at the documents for full details on the approach routes and VRS build-up and build-down scenarios.
