The International Cargo Bike Festival (ICBF) had humble beginnings in 2012 and has grown to become the place where the cargo bike community comes together to showcase its vision for the future of urban mobility.

The ICBF attracts not only cargo bike dealers, distributors, investors and fleet managers, but also policymakers, campaigners and professionals from the public sector, the non-profit sector, logistics and numerous other sectors. And, of course, anyone who cares about personal mobility and improving our cities and our environment.

The 2026 edition will take place on 12 and 13 October in the Beatrix Building at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. The ICBF is a forward-looking, innovation-focused event for professionals that puts the cargo bike in the spotlight. Visitors can look forward to a varied cargo bike exhibition, a spacious outdoor test track and a full programme of speakers and panel discussions on stage, offering excellent networking opportunities for a truly international audience.
