Congress centre Media Plaza can be found on the second floor of the fair and congress building and can be reached by escalator and lift. Plan your walking route to Congress Centre Media Plaza in Google Maps.

Media Plaza consists of three clearly identifiable areas:

• Supernova area
• Polar area
• Auditorium area

Depending on your event and invitation, you will enter one of these areas. Route and event information will always indicate which area to follow.

Which entrance is most convenient depends on how you travel and which venue you are visiting:

Are you attending an event in conference centre Media Plaza or in one of our exhibition halls?

• Coming by public transport via Utrecht Central Station?
  Then the quickest way to enter the exhibition and conference centre is via the Entrance Station side. This entrance is located directly on the centre side of Jaarbeurs and makes the most sense for conference locations such as Congress Centre Media Plaza and the Beatrix Building.
• Are you coming by car and parking at Jaarbeurs?
  Then use the Entrance Parking side to enter the exhibition and conference centre. This entrance connects directly to the parking areas and provides a logical route to the halls and Congress Centre Media Plaza. Via the fair and congress building you walk to the Beatrix Building, which contains MeetUp and the Beatrix Theatre.

Are you visiting the Beatrix Building (Jaarbeurs MeetUp or Beatrix Theatre)?
The Beatrix Building, which houses MeetUp and the Beatrix Theatre, has its own recognisable entrance on the station side.

• If you come by public transport, this entrance is within walking distance from Utrecht Central Station.
• If you come by car, you will be directed from the car parks via the fair and congress building to the Beatrix Building.

Jaarbeurs has guarded cloakrooms where you can put your coat or bag for 2,50,- per item. The cloakrooms are located in the exhibition and conference building at Entrance West and Entrance East and in the Beatrix Building at the reception desk. The cloakrooms are only open during exhibitions and events. In addition, lockers can be rented in the exhibition and conference building for 5,- per day.

Animals are not allowed in Jaarbeurs , with the exception of assistance dogs.

Jaarbeurs does not process visa applications for visitors. Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa to travel to the Netherlands for business or tourism purposes. Please contact the Dutch embassy or consulate in your country to check whether you need a visa.
