Book a parking space prior to your visit
You can reserve a parking space at least one day in advance. You can choose from a day ticket (from 0:01 am to 23:59 pm) or an evening ticket (from 18:01 pm to 5:59 am the next morning).

If you plan to travel to Jaarbeurs by car, it is important to decide in advance which car park you want to use; P1, P2, P3 or P4. You may prefer to choose the car park closest to the Jaarbeurs venue you are going to. We recommend that you use the car park Sat Nav address as mentioned below, or follow the blue ANWB signs from the Utrecht ring road, signposted "Jaarbeurs".
Please note: due to temporary closures on our site, we advise you to park at P1 or P3. These car parks are currently the closest to the entrance.

New at Jaarbeurs: pay your parking ticket with a QR code
Scan the QR code on your parking ticket with your phone and pay easily via iDEAL. You no longer have to go to the payment terminal, but pay safely and quickly via your phone.
Good to know:
- The car parkings are open 24/7;
- The parking fee is € 4 per hour;
- The daily rate on P2 and P4 is € 16, and on P1 and P3 € 20, the daily rate is date-related;
- You can only pay by card at the payment terminals;
- Please note: parking rules will very occasionally change if a mobility plan is in force.
Jaarbeurs can easily be accessed using public transport. The venues are right next to Utrecht Central Station and all buses and trams stop at ‘Jaarbeursplein’.
By train, travel to Utrecht Central Station, then from the station follow the signs ’Jaarbeursplein’. The Beatrix building is a short walk away and the Event & Exhibition Centre is just across the road.

If you travel to Jaarbeurs by taxi, you can be dropped off at the taxi stands at Jaarbeursplein in Utrecht. The Beatrix building and the Event & Exhibition Centre are just a short walk away.
Are you coming to Jaarbeurs by bike? Take a look at the map below to see where the location you are going to is located and where you can best park your bike. It is forbidden to park your bike in front of the Beatrix building.
You will find a bicycle shed in car park P3. This bicycle shed is not covered and storage is at your own risk.
There are also two covered and guarded NS bicycle parking facilities in the area: on Jaarbeursplein and the Knoop bicycle parking facility. The first 24 hours you can park your bike here for free. Note: you need to have a public trandsport card to park your bike at the bicycle parking facilitie

At Jaarbeurs, we are also doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible. An overview of the measures we have taken and frequently asked questions can be found on this page.
Jaarbeurs is a few minutes’ walk from Utrecht city centre. From Beatrix building, car parks P1 and P3, it is a few minutes’ walk to Utrecht Central Station. The station is directly adjacent to the city centre. If you have parked in car parks P2 or P4, or if you are attending an event at the Event & Exhibition Center, cross over Croeselaan towards the Beatrix building and continue towards Utrecht Central Station and Utrecht city centre.
The Media Plaza and Supernova conference and event rooms can be found in the Event & Exhibition Center, above the halls. When you enter the main hall, you will find escalators and an elevator on the left. Use either the escalators or elevator to get to Media Plaza of Supernova, where you will be welcomed by a hostess or host.

If you lose or find something during your visit to Jaarbeurs, visit the iLost website where a daily update is posted about all lost/found items at Jaarbeurs.
All Jaarbeurs locations are currently closed due to the coronavirus outbreak. You will therefore not be able to collect the item you have lost; you will be able to collect it when Jaarbeurs reopens.

Jaarbeurs has secure cloakrooms where you can store coats or luggage for € 1,50 per item. Cloakrooms are located at the East and West Entrances in the Event & Exhibition Center and at the reception in the Beatrix building. The cloakrooms are open during trade fairs and events.
In addition, lockers can be rented in the Event & Exhibition Center for €3 per day.
In the Beatrix building, the disabled toilets are located on the ground floor opposite the cloakroom, on the 2nd floor and on the 4th floor. You can pick up the key at the reception.
There is a disabled toilet in every hall at the Event & Exhibition Centre. There is also a disabled toilet in the central hall at Entree Oost. The disabled toilets are only open when an event is taking place.
