You can visit Jaarbeurs in several ways. The easiest and most sustainable option is to come by public transport of bicycle. The train, bus and streetcar stop near Jaarbeurs. It is also possible to park at Jaarbeurs and other nearby parkings lots in Utrecht. We explain how to get to Jaarbeurs as quickly as possible!

Public transport and bike

Jaarbeurs can easily be accessed using public transport. The venues are right next to Utrecht Central Station and all buses and trams stop at ‘Jaarbeursplein’.

By train, travel to Utrecht Central Station, then from the station follow the signs ’Jaarbeursplein’. The Beatrix building is a short walk away and the Event & Exhibition Centre is just across the road.

Are you coming by car? Park at a Park+Rail parking

If you prefer to come by car, choose a P+R parking with bus or streetcar connection. 

From the highway, follow the  P+R signs. Check the current parking rates at the P+R Westraven website

From P+R Westraven to Jaarbeurs, the travel time is about 15 minutes.

Book a parking space prior to your visit

You can reserve a parking space at least one day in advance. You can choose from a day ticket (from 0:01 am to 23:59 pm) or an evening ticket (from 18:01 pm to 5:59 am the next morning).

If you plan to travel to Jaarbeurs by car, it is important to decide in advance which car park you want to use; P1, P2, P3 or P4. You may prefer to choose the car park closest to the Jaarbeurs venue you are going to. We recommend that you use the car park Sat Nav address as mentioned below, or follow the blue ANWB signs from the Utrecht ring road, signposted "Jaarbeurs".

P1: Graadt van Roggenweg, Utrecht (Google Maps) (until July 1, 2023)

P2: Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht (Google Maps)

P4: Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht (Google Maps)

Vehicles higher than 2,70 meter.

All vehicles higher than 2,70 meter can only be parked on parking lot P2. The daily rate is €80,-.

Disabled parking facilities

P4 has disabled parking spaces. Present your disabled parking card if you park on a disabled parking space. The card holder should be present. It is not possible to make a reservation for a disabled parking space and normal rates apply.

Pay your parking ticket with a QR code

Scan the QR code on your parking ticket with your phone and pay easily via iDEAL. You no longer have to go to the payment terminal, but pay safely and quickly via your phone.

Environmental zone Utrecht

Please note that an environmental zone for older diesel passenger cars, vans and lorries has been put in place in the centre of Utrecht. It is not allowed to park at P1, P4, P6 if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements for driving and parking in Utrecht. Car park P2 is located outside the environmental zone, this is where older (diesel) cars and trucks may park. Sometimes an exemption is possible. You can apply for this at the Municipality of Utrecht.

Good to know:

  • The car parkings are open 24/7;
  • The parking fee for P1 is € 4.90 per hour. € 4.40 per hour applies to P2, P4 and P6;
  • The online daily rate costs €28 for P1 and €24 for P2, P4 and P6;
  • The daily rate on site is €32 for P1 and €28 for P2, P4 and P6;
  • The daily rate for vehicles higher than 2,70 meter is €80,-;
  • The daily rate is date-related;
  • You can only pay by card at the payment terminals;
  • Please note: parking rules will very occasionally change if a mobility plan is in force.
