The special cookies at our restaurants come from the Koekfabriek and are baked by people with a distance to the labour market. For example, because they have a disability. The Koekfabriek offers people a nice place to work and with that a place in society. 
We help through buying these local cookies from the Koekfrabriek and sell them in our Jaarbeurs’ restaurants. A tasty cookie with a social value.
