At the Menu of the Future dinner, we worked with our partner Greendish to design a future-ready menu. The dinner was composed according to the Greendish 2050 Guidelines. The Greendish 2050 Guidelines describe the guidelines for a sustainable and healthy composition of the menu in terms of the arrangement of dishes on the menu, portion sizes of dishes and the choice of ingredients within these dishes.
