Jaarbeurs Live app

The Jaarbeurs Live app requires access to your phone’s Bluetooth and location data. The location data are used only with your permission, to determine your position in our buildings and to allow you to navigate from point to point within the Jaarbeurs building. If you choose to create an account, you will be sharing more personal data with us, such as the e-mail address and name you use for the account. Of course, there is a possibility to have all your personal data removed immediately; read more about this option in the Privacy Statement of Jaarbeurs Live.

The Jaarbeurs Live app provides an environment where visitors to our exhibitions can find relevant information about the event they are visiting. In addition, the app features a comprehensive floor plan, that makes it easy to navigate the trade show floor. The app also indicates how busy the various exhibitors are. You can also create an account, which is useful for loading your tickets into the app, among other things. 

Downloading the Jaarbeurs Live app takes about 130MB for iOS and 114MB for Android.

From the app menu, click on Ticket to open a new page. If you are not already logged in, you can log in or create an account here. After registration, you can click the Add Ticket button. A new screen will appear, where you will be asked to enter the e-mail address you used to purchase the ticket and the ticket bar code. The ticket bar code can be found on the e-ticket you received in the mail. After completing the information, click Confirm. You can now view your ticket in the app.

With the floor plan in the Jaarbeurs Live app, you can easily find your way around the exhibition floor. The floor plan shows you where different exhibitors are located, but it also shows you where to go for snacks and drinks, where the restrooms can be found and how to get to the first aid station, for example.

Once you open the floor plan, you will see all the different stands. If you zoom in, the names of the exhibitors also appear. Note that we use different “zoom levels”. We do this so to keep the floor plan as clutter-free as possible. If you zoom in a little, you will see other exhibitors than if you zoom in further.

Once you find the exhibitor you want to visit, you can click on the exhibitor; the app will show you the route to that stand. If you then click Go, the navigation to the respective exhibitor will start. The blue line on your screen shows you the quickest route to the exhibitor. The app is aware of your location, so the route always adjusts to your movements.

If you click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen, you can search by exhibitor or theme, to help you find your favourite exhibitor even faster.

The Jaarbeurs Live app is supported in Android version 9 or higher and in iOs version 12 or higher. If you use the app with a lower iOS or Android version than described above, there is a chance that the app may not function properly.
