A safe visit to Jaarbeurs
Welcome to Jaarbeurs! We, too, are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the coronavirus as much as possible. We have implemented many measures to ensure that meetings take place as safely as possible.
The stricter measures announced by the government on 18 September 2020, do not affect meetings planned to date at Jaarbeurs. Exceptions that were already in force for meetings with more than 100 persons continue to apply, even now that the maximum has been adjusted to 50 persons. Thanks to the measures we have taken and the space we have available, we are able to welcome larger groups of people for trade fairs, congresses, meetings and other gatherings.
When you visit a trade fair, congress or other event, we ask you to do the following:
- Do the health check via this link. Do you have any health complaints? If so, stay at home.
- Once inside the building, keep a distance of 1.5 metres from other people and follow the indicated walkways or directions from our staff.
And of course we ask you to follow all the hygiene measures that the RIVM recommends to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (coughing in your elbow, regular hand washing, etc.). Disinfecting hand gel is available everywhere in the Jaarbeurs building.
Parking tickets should preferably be purchased online in advance. We also ask you to pay contactless whenever possible.
If you have any other questions about the measures implemented by Jaarbeurs to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, please see the infographic below or read the frequently asked questions. Of course you can always contact us.
