The 'day coordinator' can take charge on the day itself and ensure that everything runs smoothly, from set-up to take-down. Before the event starts, put this person in touch with the meeting host on location so that all the details can be discussed. It is also nice for the rest of the organising team and suppliers to have a single point of contact to consult if anything is needed.
